We love technology, it supports our work and social life more than ever before. It is also taxing our brain and many of us are experincing "zoom fatigue".

3 tips you might want to experiment with:
Remove distractions when on a video conference call, close email, slack, calendar, put your phone on aeroplane modeso there is no notification popping up on the screen creating additional work for the brain.
Choose phone call instead of video call when on a 1-1, it gives a rest to the brain and you will feel more present. If you close your eyes for a moment, you might find that you are more attentive to the voice.
During a break hold back from looking at another screen (emails, phone etc). While the kettle is boiling, give a well deserved break to your eyes. Stand up, move around, roll your shoulders, look outside the window, close your eyes...
