It is 00.01 on the 1st of January.

Big Ben’s 12 bongs have struck.

New day, new year, new beginning.

Are you in the starting blocks, ready to propel yourself forward into 2022?

Does it feel like a sand timer countdown has just started?

A whole year is ready to unfold in front of us and we are given*

12 months

365 days

8,760 hours

525,600 minutes

*Of course, we don’t know if we will have the full amount or not, but this is another story …

I love January (and not just because it is the month of my birthday! 😉). The word derives from the Latin Jānuārius, equivalent to “Janus”, the God of Transitions, often illustrated as 2 heads facing opposite directions, looking at the past and the future at the same time.

In the northern hemisphere as we glide towards the heart of winter, nature is resting, trees shed their leaves, plants return to earth, it is a perfect context to reflect on where your time ‘went’ in 2021 and how you want to use those precious minutes that are given to you each and every day in 2022?

  • Is there any habit you would like to break or build?

  • How can you “make” more time in your day?

  • Can you identify time-consuming activities which are not aligned with your values?

Pause for a moment

525,600 minutes

What does this number mean to you?

Abundance? Scarcity? Anything else?

What are you going to do with half a million minutes available to you?

What will you exchange this time for in 2022?

You might not know where to start or which action to take, so get in touch and let’s arrange a free conversation to explore possibilities, I guarantee it will be 15min of your time invested mindfully. If you'd like to learn a bit more about one to one coaching with me, you can read more here.

Wishing you a happy, healthy new year with and abundance of time well spent!
